Driftwood Fundraising Group - Back in 2013, Geoff Stonebanks, who created and organises this group on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support, invited me to become patron of an annual event raising money for the Macmillan Horizon Centre in Brighton. The Macmillan Coastal Garden Trail actually began in 2012 and started with 9 private gardens. In 2020 we expect between 20 and 25 to participate. Monies raised for Macmillan to date exceed 81000. Geoff raises money through his own garden, and via the trail . I opened the trail in both 2015 and 2019 from Geoff's garden. This year's garden trail has, unfortunately, been cancelled.
